Ten Posture Placements
The RollerSizeR is now put under the knees (Point Placement #6). Here the knees grab the RollerSizeR and make the hamstrings connect. Now lift up the BUTT. This is not only good for the loser back, but fabulous for the legs, butt and very healthy for the back.
THE BASIC CARRIAGE CRUNCH
The RollerSizeR is now put behind the neck (Point Pacement #2). The Mom grabs the ball and PULLS. That activates the core. Now the Mom can roll her spine down, till she feels her abs, her core and all that it took to have a baby. The can either hold the poistion or do mini little crunches. By having the legs on the Stroller just makes it such a connection. MOM and Baby!
The RollerSizeR stays under the butt, (Point Placement #5). The leg open as wide as possible, like a baby opening it's legs. Grab the wheels of the stroller like the previous exercise and do a reverse crunch in this position. Again the butt is bouncing off the "Core Action Roller" which allows the spine to fill the space the RollerSizeR creates and that is why the targeted connection to the low abs. This is a great exercise for a New Moms LOWER BODY!
In 2010, Elizabeth brought her RollerSizeR® Fit Tool to her Strollercize® classes in New York City. She wanted to see how the prototype would hold up in New York City's weather and whether the Moms of Strollercize would like it.

Strollercize got on Regis and Kelly Show for Fitness Friday in the winter of 2010! Elizabeth was not quite ready for the T.V. airing but, she showed up in 19 degree weather with her Moms at the Central Park Boathouse with Regis and all she could think about was I wish the RollerSizeR was ready for PRIME TIME.
Here is what we learned. It was easier to train the Moms using the The RollerSizeR and it made it easier to do Abs, tone the Mommy Arms and like a dancer, helped the Moms use their upper and lower body and the stroller to get fit.
Below is exercises from the "Grounded" Indoor Strollercize program. It can be done outside too, just make sure the baby does not HOG the RollerSizeR!
A rock n stroll workout for Moms!
The RollerSizeR is put under the curve of the back (Point Placement #4). I like to start my WaisterSizeR class with The RollerSizeR under the Waist. Now the Mom can move their knees right and left like wiping a babies butt. I just 20 Whittles as this relieves a tight back and it helps define the New Mommies Waistline.
THE STROLLER CLASP
The RollerSizeR is now put under the shoe. The Mom brings her leg up as high as possible so she can stretch her leg. But if you are a new MOM she must hold on to that stroller!
THE PRAM "PULL UPS"
The RollerSizeR is put under the Butt (Point Placement #5). It allows the butt to bounce off the "Core Action Roller" and be able to do a reverse crunch. Sort of like changing a diaper on a baby, but in this case, MOM has no one to hold her toes up in the air as she slips that diaper uner her BIG MOMA'S,
